Rental
Setup Procedure
Unlike many stores, you can not expect to walk into the offices of BSL Productions,
tell the rental staff what equipment you need, and leave ten minutes later with
your rental. Equipment is not always available, and usually cannot be prepared
quickly. You should contact our rental staff at least 24 hours before you want
to pick up the equipment. It is preferable if you place your order one week or
more before you need the equipment.
Before you contact BSL Productions, you need to be prepared. Think about what
equipment you will need. What kind of effect you are trying to achieve? What
is the size of the space you'll be using? How far away are the electrical outlets?
Do you need to rent extension cords, or do you have your own? On what dates will
you be picking up and returning the rental. Is there any other information that
might be useful?
Now that you know what you want, you should contact the rental department by
e-mail, fax (410-247-5589), or phone (410-242-3322). For larger orders, sending
a list by fax or e-mail is often better than using the phone.
When placing your rental order, please be sure to ask about the size of the equipment
you will be picking up. Make sure you will be able to bring a vehicle large enough
to pick up all of the equipment.
Once you have placed your order, you will be given a total cost for the rental.

to pay for your rental. You will need to fill out and return our security deposit
form in order to confirm your rental. This form is available in MS

will not be confirmed without this document!
