Service
Department
BSL Productions Service Team is unparalleled in their level of experience and
training and is considered the most knowledgeable in the Baltimore-DC area. Our
Service Team is factory trained and certified and is called upon to provide warranty
repairs for Vari*Lite, ETC, High End Systems, Martin, Leprecon, Strong, and Altman,
as well as onsite repairs, support to our Installation Department and repairs
to our competitors’ inventory. Our service customers count on BSL to provide
a quick turnaround time and with our extensive parts inventory, we are able to
deliver. Our Service Department is further tasked with all repairs and preventative
maintenance to our own inventory.
The BSL service department has the tools, the training and the experience to
provide warranty repairs for most of the industries leading manufacturers.
